Rates: Rates include an initial stock of breakfast
items upon arrival and are subject to a 12.25% state and county tax.
Payment: A credit card number is taken
(Visa, MC, Amex) at the time of booking in order to guarantee a reservation,
although payment is preferred in a form of check at the end of your stay.
Cancellation Policy: Due to our small size,
cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance
of filling your room. For this reason we uphold a strict policy. For bookings greater than
4 days in length, kindly give us Four (4) weeks notice of cancellation, for those bookings
3-4 days please allow three (3) weeks notice and those for two days in length, allow two
(2) weeks notice. After that, no refund is possible regardless of reason for non-arrival
or early departure. However, we do typically work something out with midweek credit in the
case of emergencies.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time after 4:00 p.m,
Check-out is by 12 noon.
Two night minimum required year round.
Includes fridge stocked with breakfast goods and and weekly housekeeping.
For families, little foam mats or a crib can be provided for children.
