Bountiful Gourmet Country Breakfast
In the mornings, guests gather in the warm and inviting dining room for a bountiful gourmet country breakfast served around a tressle table - made from planks of James Cagney's old stable barn. Savor house specialties such as baked French custard pear pancake or a seasonally fresh vegetable frittata. Yummy homemade baked goods compliment a protein-plentiful, hearty breakfast. We use only organic milk and very local eggs (compliments of our own happy hormone-free chickens, and our neighbors chickens, too). We incorporate locally grown fruits, are members of an organic CSA and grow many of our own vegetables in season. Please advise us of any special dietary needs, as we are happy to accommodate.
