Minimum Stay: Two night minimum stay required on all weekends throughout the year. Single night stays are charged at the weekend rate from July through October.

Rates: Rates include a full gourmet breakfast when staying at the main Inn and are subject to a 12.125% tax.

Payment: A credit card number is taken (Visa, MC, Amex) at the time of booking in order to guarantee a reservation, although payment is preferred in a form of check or debit card with pin entry at the end of your stay.

Cancellation Policy: Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling your room. For this reason we uphold a strict policy. If we have held your reservation for seven or more days, but you cancel with greater than two weeks notice, there will be a 10% cancellation fee.

Kindly give us 14 days notice of cancellation. After that, no refund is possible regardless of reason for non-arrival or early departure.

Please note, if two or more rooms are reserved, 30 days advance notice is required.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time after 4:00 p.m, Check-out is by 12 noon.
