Chilled Swiss Alpine Oatmeal

Over Night Oats Muesli  Recipe

  Allow ½ cup of dry Old Fashioned rolled oats per serving, cover with apple cider (Sparkling or flat), put in fridge, minimum of a ¾  hour to overnight.  Add grated apple, brown sugar to taste,  fresh squeezed lemon juice, and a little milk or almond milk.  Top with a dollop of good Greek yogurt, nuts, seeds, berries, dried fruits, really anything you wish.
