Terms & Conditions

Minimum Stay: Two night minimum stay required on all weekends throughout the year. Single night midweek stays are charged at the weekend rate throughout the year.

Rates: Rates include a full gourmet breakfast when staying at the main Inn and are subject to a 12.125% tax.

While we personally love kids and dogs, we regret that we are not able to accommodate children under 8 years of age or pets. The Ryefield Suite is our only room in the main Inn that can accommodate a third person at an additional rate of $30 per night, midweek only.

Payment: A credit card number is taken (Visa or MasterCard only) at the time of booking in order to guarantee a reservation. A one night (or 50% for stays greater than 4 nights) deposit inclusive of taxes will be charged on the credit card, with balance requested in the form of check at the end of your stay.  

Confirmations: Are sent via email after deposit is charged.

Cancellation Policy: Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. For cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee per room. 14-7 days advanced notice will result in forfeiture of deposit. Less than seven days, the charge for the full stay is required regardless of reason for non-arrival or early departure.

Please note: If four (4) or or more room total nights are reserved, 30 day advance notice is required.  When reserving the entire Inn, or whole house rental at Fiddler's Farmhouse, a 60 day advance notice is required.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time after 4:00 p.m, Check-out is by 12 noon.
